COVID19

We've updated some of our processes and introduced a few new steps in your portrait journey - but don't worry, it's all simple and will help keep us all safe and well and help us create gorgeous portraits for you!!

Social Distancing
We'd ask you to please adhere to social distancing guidelines. When you arrive, ring our bell or give us a call and then wait in your car. We will be sanitising the studio between families so we'll need a little bit of time to make sure everything is ready before you come in. In the studio, there will be areas marked on the floor which we would ask you to stay within unless you are being photographed. We have a lovely big studio so there's plenty of room for everyone.

Washing Your Hands
We'll ask all our clients, young and old, to please wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water upon arrival at the studio.

Hand Sanitising
We have a sanitising station in our entrance hallway. Hand sanitiser is also available in both Studio One and in the Baby Room if you wish to reapply during your session.

Coats & Bags
As you enter the studio, we'll give you a designated coats and bags area to stop any possible germs spreading around.

Shoes
Shoes may be worn in the studio but you will be provided with disposable shoe covers to wear when walking around. Many photoshoots are done in bare feet but if you wish to wear shoes for your shoot, please bring them with you separately and we'll give you disinfectant wipes to clean them before use.

Not Feeling Well?
If any member of your family is not feeling well or if any of you have been in contact with any person with Covid19, please contact us to rearrange your session.

Viewing Your Portraits
To limit contact, we are offering online viewing sessions for the coming months. You will be given access to your images online and we'll call you at a pre-arranged time to discuss your order and help you choose.

Collecting Your Portraits
We will give you a dedicated collection time to collect your portraits to ensure there is no client crossover at the studio.

Face Shield
Your photographer may wear a plastic face shield at times - as children need to be relaxed and feel comfortable with your photographer in order to get great portraits, the mask will be decorated with cute stickers to make it less scary :)
